We will carry out a rapid review of the key business issues and make our recommendations for operational and profit improvement within the business.

1. We will replace management with a Consilia management team with the relevant experience and expertise.
2. Take hands-on responsibility for implementing the improvements needed in the business and for delivering the improved operational and profit performance required.
3. This would be a base fee (fixed at the outset) plus a share of the profit improvement achieved or equity in lieu of fees.
