Clive Dolman – Non Executive Director

Clive was previously Managing Director at Candover Private Equity. He joined Candover in 2006 having previously been the CFO of Swissport and European Rail Catering, two Candover backed investments. Prior to this he had been in CFO and CEO roles for a number of privately owned businesses. He started his career with PWC where he qualified as a chartered accountant before leaving to spend ten years in corporate finance with Charterhouse Bank and then moving into industry.

Gil Steyaert – Non Executive Director

Gil is currently the Managing Director of Adidas (UK, Ireland and Benelux) – the leading global sports brand. Gil joined adidas 11 years ago in France as Managing Director, moving then to Germany to lead the reorganisation of Adidas Europe. Over these 11 years, Gil has accumulated significant experience and a proven track record in developing growth strategies, implementing turnaround strategies, developing retail portfolio strategies and leading major reorganisation projects, such as the integration of Reebok into Adidas. Prior to joining Adidas, Gil was Director of Marketing (France & Benelux) for Kellogg’s where he spent 10 years in various marketing and commercial positions implementing marketing and key account management processes, developing brand and marketing strategies.
Frank Sekula

Frank Sekula – Non Executive Director

Frank has more than 18 years of investment banking industry experience and has been involved in a number of recapitalisation and restructuring transactions for European clients, including Fiat, ABB, m-real, Avis Europe, Laurel Pub Company, Waterford Wedgwood, Mosaic Fashions, EMI and TI Automotive. He has worked for Kaupthing, restructuring its European debt and principal investments business, and previously for nine years at Barclays Capital, where he served as Head of High Yield Capital Markets and in other debt recapitalisation and restructuring roles. Frank began his career in New York with Bankers Trust, CS First Boston and PaineWebber.
